Part Ⅰ: 220kV Power Transformer Overview
220kV series oil immersed power transformer adopts the combination of advanced production equipment and lean manufacturing technology, and has the advantages of low loss, low noise, strong ability to resist sudden short circuit and beautiful appearance. The transformer can have the four remote functions of "remote signaling, telemetry, remote adjustment and remote control", and can realize unattended substation through computer remote control.
The transformer structure layout is reasonable. According to the calculation and analysis results, a reasonable insulation structure, wire specifications and magnetic flux density are selected. Perform accurate calculations on various cooling methods, perform thermal calculations on periodic overloads and temporary overloads of windings, and select the most suitable cooling method among cooling methods such as fin air cooling, strong oil air cooling, and strong oil water cooling. Minimize the oil level and winding temperature rise.

Part Ⅱ: Product Features
1. High Reliability:
Insulation strength: through the method of finite elements analysis, analyze the interior electric field on different transformer for the purpose that there is no over-centralized area of field density in the interior of transformer for the purpose that there is no over-centralized area of field density in the interior of transformer. At the same time, by the adoption of insulating materials and optimizing electrode shape, make no partial discharge design, and through the effective analysis on transformer wave process, ensure that the effective analysis on transformer wave process, ensure that the transformer can withstand various over-voltages such as, lighting impulse over-voltage.
2. Low power loss and low operation cost
The transformer has relatively low losses through the optimized design, the detailed analysis of leakage magnetic field and the losses distribution. The maintenance cost has been lowered through the Customer-oriented design.
3. Customer-oriented Design
Based on the 3D design method to simulate feeders, operation filed and terminal box arrangement are in full consideration of operating conveniences, which meets the requirements on cost lowering and customization, as well.
Part Ⅲ: Structural Feature
1. Iron Core
The iron core is made of cold rolled, granular-oriented, low-loss and high magnetic conductive silicon steel sheet, which is of multi-step completely tilted structure to reduce the loss and noise.
2. Winding
① HV winding adopts entanglement or inner screened continuous type with phase insulation structure to ensure insulating strength.
② MV/LV windings adopt high strength or adhibit-transpostion conductor, reinforced cooling to reduce the temperature rise and enhance capability of short circuit withstand.
3. Oil Tank
Thee-dimension finite element strength analysis and Pro-E mold is adopted, which have reinforced the mechanical strength.
4. Assembly and routine test
High qualified components to ensure good performances.

Part Ⅶ: Packaging and Transportation
Before packing the transformer, make a packing plan, and carry out packing according to the design scheme and plan when packing. The packing list corresponds to the materials in the box one to one. Pack the box in two copies, one in the packing box and the other nailed outside the packing box. Important parts and spare parts are packed in wooden boxes, and the box numbers are set in order.
The transformer is transported in bare installation, and the fuel tank is emptied before transport. It is tied to a transport vehicle by a wire rope, and the transport speed does not exceed 15km/h.
The terminal is guaranteed to have large-scale transformer lifting equipment, and the lashing is firm after loading to ensure safe and reliable transportation.

1. To provide all technical information and drawings as per contract promptly. QRE is oblidged to invite client, if neccessory, technical design review.
2. To carry out spot technical service as per client’s schedule, offer guideness for installation and commis-sioning according to technical information and drawings.
