General Introduction:

The BQS series mine flameproof submerged sand discharge pump is composed of a water-filled submersible three-phase asynchronous motor and a multi-stage centrifugal pump. Execute the GB 3836.1, GB 3836.2, MT/T671 standard. Compared with the traditional centrifugal pump, it has the advantages of convenient installation and maintenance, not afraid of water, safe and reliable operation, stable performance, low vibration noise, high efficiency, compact structure and low operating cost. At the same time, it cannot build the pump room and carry out automatic control. It is especially suitable for the large water drop and the drainage of the water hazard place. According to the actual application environment, the flow guide can be added to the outside of the unit to increase its operational reliability. Because the inner cavity of the motor is filled with clear water, it will not generate electric sparks and explode when working in the water. The pump and motor of the electric pump are split structure, which can be transported separately and can be installed vertically, horizontally and obliquely.

BQS series submersible motor pump completes with water-filled three-phase asynchronous motor and multistage centrifugal pump, and operating underwater. It applied national standard GB 3836.1, GB3836.2, MT/T671. Compare with traditional mining centrifugal pump, it has features: Convenience for installation, operation and maintenance; submersible type; stable and safety operation; stable performance; lower noise; higher efficiency, compact structure, lower operation cost. Meanwhile, the pump house is not necessary, automatic control available; it is especially suitable for higher water lever different and the site with water flushing menace.

BQS series explore-proof submersible pump can be used for delivery clean water or liquids with similar physical and chemical character. It mainly used in mine drainage, and it can be used for factory, water lift from the deep well for cities. Especially, it can be used for water drainage in an emergency.

BQS series explore-proof submersible is mainly used for drainage sewage water from channel and working platform in the coal mine or other area where content firedamp or other explosive gas in the air. It can be free type installation for temporary water drainage of emergency.

Application Condition

1. Power supply: Three Phase, rated voltage 660V, 1140V, 6000V, 10000V, permit voltage wave: ±5%

2. Permit environment temperature: 0℃~40℃;

3. Max. liquid Temperature: 40℃

4. The PH value should be 6~8.

5. The solid content should be less than 2%;

6. The Max. submersed depth should be less than 70m.

7. The vertical installation is recommended. Buthorizontal installation design is available also in special application. The operation model continues running.

8. The pump can operate in the area where content firedamp or other explosive gas in the air. It can operate in the area where content gas.

The above condition is the general application condition. The pump should be special design and produce for special conditions.

StructurefFeatures

BQS series has two types of suction design, single suction, and double suction; both these two types of pumps have two group impellers in back-to-back position. For the double suction structure, suction on the top of the pump, and another one on the bottom of the pump, in principle, the thrust force is zero as the two suctions are opposite, and the numbers of the impeller are the same for two sides. For the single-suction type, have single-suction on the bottom of the pump. If the impeller is even, the numbers of the two groups are the same, and the suction direction is the same. So, the thrust force is zero. If the impeller numbers are singular, the impeller of lower suction is one stage more and the extra impeller has balance holes and a trust balance ring, it can balance the thrust force mostly, so the trust force is nearly zero also. The designs can lower the thrust force of the motor bearing; it can help the motor running stable and prolong the service life.

YBQ series explore-proof motor is water-filled asynchronous type, it is one type of explore-proof motor; the power cable is 4 cores mine cable, out of these four cables, three cores is the power cable, and 1 core is earth cable; for better cooling, cooling channel is fitted on the motor casing for speeding the cooling water circulation, and an extra impeller is fitted on the bottom of the rotor to accelerate the circulation of cooling water, and the extra radiator is fitted on the bottom of the motor, all these measures can reinforce the radiant effect; reduce motor temperature raising; improve the motor reliability obviously; ensure the quality of motor. The temperature sensor and water level sensor can be fitted for monitoring the temperature of winding wire and avoiding dry running of the motor according to the application and customer’s request, and a water level sensor for well water level can be supplied at the customer’s request.

BQS series submersible motor pump has a centrifugal type of impeller and mixed flow type; a Non-return valve is fitted on the top of the pump to protect the pump working parts from damage by the backflow of water when the pump in a stop condition. There is a water leakage hole on the valve plate, so the water can release slowly after the pump stopped, this can protect the delivery pipe from the frozen crack. The impeller is a close type for higher pump efficiency; the screen is fitted on the suction of the pump to prevent the impeller from jam by bigger size passing.

YBQ series submersible motor pump is a three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor, the motor is located on the bottom of the pump, it is a water-filled type, the design of connections of parts and the clearance of shaft end following explore-proof standard. The guide bearing and thrust adopt water lubrication material. The motor is filled with clean water for motor cooling and bearing lubrication. The high-capacity thrust bearing locates on the bottom of the motor, has high capacity, ensures the motor pump set can running stable, and has a long service life.

Installation type
