Xiamen Freet Fluid Control Co., Ltd. (Freet) was set up in 2004, which is the Sino-foreign joint venture of the American Freet Inc., specializing in various valves and electrical actuators. The registered capital of our company is 19 million US dollars and the total investment reaches to 24 million US dollars.  And Freet own the modernized plants covered 21000 ㎡ with building area 19505 ㎡. With the strong technical strength and the good manufacture process as well as the advanced inspection equipment, we also obtain the international certificates, such as ISO 9001:2000, CE, API 6D etc.

The company brought in the SR / SJ series fully intelligent noninvasive electric actuators with high performance, and they were introduced the techniques of the American Freet Inc. What's more, it completely overcomes the defects of the drift of the traditional actuator's stroke, the inaccuracy of the torque measurement and the heavy maintenance workload and so forth.

Meanwhile, our SR series actuators are widely used in electric power, metallurgy, oil and gas, water industry, paper-making, cement, shipbuilding, chemical and other industries, and the practice have proven that SR / SJ series actuators are the reliable products for our clients.

Freet design and manufacture all kinds of valves with API or DIN standard, including gate valves, globe valves, swing check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves and the like, with the cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, refractory steel and low-temperature steel etc. And the nominal pressure range of our valves is 1.6Mpa~65Mpa, 150Lb~4500Lb and the temperature range is -196℃~650℃. Then, they are mainly applied in the electrical power, petroleum, chemical, coal, urban water supply and drainage, sewage treatment, water project, shipbuilding, heating system, medicine and metallurgy and so on.

As for the product design, the design and development of each product has to go through the market research, and they are reviewed in all stages of product design and technique. Our engineers use computers with CAD-aided design, thus shortening the product development cycle to ensure the high quality of the product design.

About the casting production, our annual casting supply quantity reaches to 6,000 tons through the cupola and resin sand production line. This can effectively overcome the existing stomata caused by the common clay sand casting and the instability of sand holes dimensional and other internal defects.

In order to guarantee the internal quality and the appearance quality of our products, we require to have the strictly physical and chemical analysis for each batch of casting products , that is to say, all castings are cleaned with mechanical shot blasting, sand removal and abrasive blast. And then surface coating or spraying epoxy resin powder treatment to ensure the appearance quality of the casting.

On the machining of valves: in order to ensure the accuracy of processing of our valves, the company own dozens of sets of large precision equipment, such as the CNC machining center, double column vertical lathes, digital display ground milling and boring machine, rotary table (table area 2 × 3m), CNC lathes, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, radial drilling machine, vertical milling machine, steak plate (no grade), horizontal boring machine and boring machine, milling machine, planer and the like.

For the inspection and testing of products: FREET valves is inspected and tested strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 quality assurance system and the relevant national standards, meanwhile, our products in each process of manufacturing are made the proper marks from our machined worker, assembled workers and inspectors. Therefore, each link can be traced back, regardless of the size of each valve, it must do the sealing test before leaving the factory, with the marks from our assembly worker, inspector and the manufacture's certification as well as the nameplates and then being approved for release.
